"Bible Overview"

Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm

April 30 through the end of May

Now that Cheryl has her “Rev” back, she is licensed to teach approved Unity classes. These classes may be taken for credit or just for fun. Each class will meet five times for two hours, for a total of 10 credit hours. If you decide to take it for credit, the cost is $25 for the administrative costs at Unity. Otherwise the classes are offered on a love offering basis.

The first class will be “Bible Overview.” Whether you are OK with reading the Bible or you have avoided it like the plague, this class will offer a chance for people to take a step back and take another look. This interactive class will meet in the youth room downstairs.

Sign up sheets will be out in mid-April.

Rock Our World !!!

Do you have $3.25 to spend on a good cause?

The bids are in. The Board has considered them and has decided to ask Pendleton Pavers to grade and gravel our parking lot. The overall cost will be $4273.90, which comes out to about $3.25 per square yard for 1350 yards. We invite everyone who would enjoy driving on a smoother and less dusty parking lot to help us reach this goal. Whether you can buy one yard or a hundred, all donations over and above your regular giving will help to “rock our world.”

Great news! We already have $1000 to get us started! Hooray! Only $3273.90 to go…

Schemes & Dreams Team

Meetings are the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM at Powerhouse Grill. We have many activities coming up and new ideas hatching! Come and experience the synergy of creative minds working together!

Newly named in 2007, this "think tank" carries forth the working concept of our Spiritual Life Center existing as a place of growth turned outward and enriching the greater community. We take the actions needed by "BEING the change" that individually we wish to see in the world. Collectively, we do "Hold the Sacred Space for Healing and Wholeness." We are a community aligned with Source energy. Instead of seeking the world we want to live in, many of us are aware that we are in the position as transformers to call it forth into being!

Rev. Cheryl has said that the Schemes and Dreams Team is "a place to give our dreams wings…"

By showing The Secret to the greater community this past year, we all shared in seeing many lives changed and lifted…becoming conscious by choice. This Team continues to invite the inspired dreams of all congregants on the second Tuesday of each month at a working dinner meeting. We plan events with special musicians and look forward to new horizons with cutting-edge workshops. We are choosing movies of merit for movie nights and discussing up-coming book study possibilities. In our gathering, we invite all to discover how "transformer" energy manifests in them individually. We want everyone to own their special inspiration and then come together to share highest insights, benefiting the larger community with services and events! We love having new people come with new ideas because they create and inspire, bringing forth a chain reaction of fresh ideas. Come and see how synergy happens!
